7.30-8.20pm Lindy Hop Fundamentals class
A drop-in class for anyone who has taken our beginner course or has done at least six beginner classes elsewhere. If you've covered six-count and eight-count footwork patterns, the Lindy circle and the swing out, this class is for you. Also for dancers at any stage of learning who want to work on their fundamentals. Not suitable for complete beginners, sorry (but check out our six-week Intro course!).
8.20-10.30pm Swing dance social
We play fabulous tunes suitable for swing dancers of all persuasions and abilities!

We love sharing the joy of Lindy Hop! This fun and friendly course is suitable for complete beginners and those who've previously tried Lindy Hop classes but don't yet have the confidence to social dance. It's also ideal if you already swing dance but would like to learn the other role. Sign up with or without a partner.
What do you get?
- Six classes on the fundamentals of Lindy Hop
- Follow-up emails after each class with a practice video and other resources
- Free entry to our social dance which takes place immediately after class at The Park View pub, where you can hang out and practice your moves!

Swing City Soirée at The Park View
A new monthly night starting Friday 14th August

We're excited to be launching a brand new monthly up-tempo night in August!
We want to create more opportunities for people to dance Balboa and Shag in Brighton, although all swing dance styles will be welcome. This will be an evening for socialising as well as dancing.
7.30-8.20 Open level Balboa class
A drop-in class for those new to Balboa and anyone who'd like to consolidate or refresh their knowledge. Complete beginners welcome. Smooth-soled shoes a must, ideally leather; trainers don't work for Bal.
8.20-11 Up-tempo social
A lovely selection of tunes for shufflers and shaggers, with space to sit and chat. Fast Lindy Hoppers welcome too: consider this an opportunity to practise dancing small and leave your spacious swing outs for another time!
